Building a Wardrobe

Today, in the midst of homeschooling, etc. the Ikea wardrobe builder came.  I was so thankful as the boxes of wardrobe implements have been leaning on our wall for several days and we have longed for a wardrobe since we moved in 7 months ago to replace the Rubbermaid bins that have been decorating our bedroom.  He came, he saw, he failed... to build the wardrobe, that is.  It seems that the wardrobe must be put together lying down and then lifted up and that can only be done in the room that it belongs in as it is 5 centimeters too tall to go through the door. There is a king-size bed in that room that was there when we moved in.  That means the bed has to come out of the room... now imagine all of this being explained to you through the 6-year-old assistance of your children's friend.  Bless him!  Happily the builder man will come back tomorrow by which time we can take the bed down and place it... somewhere... to be rebuilt after the wardrobe is in its proper place.
